Resolve Ops was built on a simple observation: the administrative side of healthcare, finances, and major life transitions is overwhelming and most people are left to figure it out alone.
We exist to change that. Resolve Ops provides calm, structured administrative support to individuals and families navigating situations that are confusing, time-consuming, and difficult to manage without professional help.
Resolve Ops was founded by John Szrejter, whose career spans healthcare systems, behavioral health, and financial technology operations including leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Triumph Financial, and DAT Freight & Analytics, where he led systems and operations supporting millions of users and complex financial workflows.
That background in both human services and large-scale operational systems shapes everything about how Resolve Ops works. It’s proven process is methodical, structured, and built around getting things resolved correctly.
Resolve Ops was also shaped by personal experience. After navigating the administrative and financial coordination required to support medically vulnerable family members, John saw firsthand how overwhelming these systems can be for families without professional support. That experience is why Resolve Ops exists.
We help clients organize information, review billing and account activity, and coordinate resolution efforts so administrative matters are addressed efficiently and correctly. We are based in Texas and serve clients nationwide.
