Last Updated: March 17, 2026

Welcome to Resolve Ops LLC (“Resolve Ops LLC,” "Resolve Ops," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and administrative support offerings. By accessing this website or engaging Resolve Ops services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.

Nature of Services

Resolve Ops provides administrative coordination, organizational support, and information management services to assist clients in navigating medical billing, insurance correspondence, subscriptions, financial accounts, and related administrative matters.

Resolve Ops does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, or insurance advice and does not act as a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional. All services are administrative and informational in nature. Clients remain solely responsible for their financial, medical, legal, and insurance decisions.

No Professional Relationship

Use of Resolve Ops services does not create an attorney–client, doctor–patient, financial advisor–client, insurance agent–client, or fiduciary relationship. Resolve Ops acts solely as an administrative support provider.

Client Authorization and Responsibility

By engaging Resolve Ops, you authorize us to review documents you voluntarily provide, organize and summarize administrative information, and assist with communications when explicitly authorized in writing. Written authorization is required before Resolve Ops contacts third parties such as healthcare providers, insurers, or financial institutions on your behalf.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful, that you have legal authority to share the information provided, and that you remain responsible for all decisions and actions taken. Resolve Ops does not assume responsibility for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Resolve Ops makes no guarantees regarding reduction of bills, resolution of disputes, financial savings, insurance claim outcomes, or administrative outcomes. Outcomes depend on third parties including healthcare providers, insurers, financial institutions, and other organizations beyond our control. We provide administrative support only.

Fees and Payments

All service fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By purchasing services, you agree to pay the listed fees. Fees are non-refundable once services have begun unless otherwise specified. Services are delivered based on administrative scope, not guaranteed outcomes.

Retainer services may be canceled with 30 days written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period. No further billing will occur after the notice period unless otherwise agreed. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed.

Client Cooperation

You agree to provide necessary documentation, timely responses when requested, and authorization forms when required. Failure to provide requested information may delay or limit services. Resolve Ops is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or third-party response times.

Privacy and Data Security

Resolve Ops takes reasonable steps to protect client information, including secure storage within professional-grade systems such as Google Workspace and secure access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resolve Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses, missed opportunities, third-party actions or decisions, or outcomes related to medical, legal, insurance, or financial matters. Resolve Ops liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Third-Party Services

Resolve Ops interacts with third parties such as healthcare providers, insurers, and financial institutions. Resolve Ops is not responsible for third-party policies, decisions, errors, or delays. We do not control these entities.

Resolve Ops uses the following third-party platforms to operate its services: Google Workspace (document storage and communication), Squarespace (website hosting), Square (payment processing), and Stripe (payment processing). These providers maintain their own privacy and security standards.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Resolve Ops reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, including if information provided is false or misleading, requests fall outside administrative scope, client behavior is abusive or inappropriate, or legal or ethical concerns arise. Unused prepaid service portions may be refunded at our discretion.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and service descriptions are the property of Resolve Ops. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute materials without necessary permission.

Changes to Terms

Resolve Ops may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
