Support is provided remotely and handled one administrative item at a time to ensure focused, accurate resolution.
How support is delivered
Requests are addressed sequentially, with one active administrative item at a time. Once an item is completed or reaches a clear administrative stopping point, the next item may be addressed within the monthly support limit.
This structured approach ensures consistent quality, clear progress, and proper handling of each request.
Monthly support limit
This retainer includes up to 2 hours of administrative support per calendar month.
Unused time does not roll over. Additional work beyond the monthly support limit may be scheduled separately at standard service rates.

• Legal advice, medical advice, or financial planning
• Fraud disputes, litigation, or formal insurance appeals requiring legal filing
• Password recovery beyond standard account recovery processes
• Ongoing monitoring beyond monthly support time
• Simultaneous handling of multiple administrative items
