What's included each month:

  • Up to 2 hours of professional administrative support

  • Review of bills, insurance statements, and account notices

  • Administrative coordination with providers, insurers, and service companies as authorized

  • Subscription and account maintenance assistance

  • Secure handling of new or ongoing administrative issues as they arise

  • Same or next business day response

How it works: Support is handled one active issue at a time, ensuring focused and accurate resolution. Once an item is complete, the next one moves forward within your monthly hours. Unused time does not roll over.

What's not included:

  • Legal, medical, or financial advice

  • Formal insurance appeals or litigation

  • Simultaneous handling of multiple issues

  • Ongoing monitoring beyond monthly support hours

Good to know:

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice

  • Services continue through the end of your current billing period

  • Complex issues requiring additional scope can be discussed separately

What happens after checkout:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email from Resolve Ops

  2. Within one business day we'll send your retainer agreement and intake form

  3. Once complete, your retainer begins and you can submit your first request
