What's included:

  • Review and organization of hospital bills and insurance statements

  • Coordination with providers, insurers, and billing departments as authorized

  • Assistance setting up patient portals and account access

  • Medication and pharmacy administrative coordination

  • Tracking of follow-up appointments and outstanding referrals

  • Written summary of completed actions, current status, and recommended next steps

  • Typical coordination time: 7–21 business days depending on provider response

What's not included:

  • Medical advice or clinical care coordination

  • Legal representation or formal insurance appeals

  • Ongoing monitoring after case close (available through retainer)

What happens after checkout:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email from Resolve Ops

  2. Within one business day we'll send your initial intake form.

  3. We'll schedule a 30-minute intake call to begin your case.

  4. Once complete, we begin organizing and coordinating on your behalf

  5. You'll receive a written summary when your case is resolved
